Butterfly season in Cuc Phuong National Park

In recent years, a lot of young people have decided to visit Cuc Phuong national park during this period of time. You can both take some absolutely stunning photos and observe the butterflies flutter like in a fairy tale, or you can also immerse yourself in the vast and majestic surroundings with countless butterfly wings all about.

In Cuc Phuong, the start of the butterfly season coincides with the arrival of the first summer rains of the year, which falls between the end of April and the beginning of May. The sun comes and a lot of butterflies appear after each shower.

More than 400 distinct species of butterflies may be seen at Cuc Phuong. When in the butterfly season, you can find butterflies in any part of the forest. The further you go after entering Cuc Phuong National Park, the more butterflies you will witness. Although there are less visitors at the beginning and end of the butterfly season, these are the times when butterflies are most plentiful and beautiful (the butterflies become frightened by large crowds of people and flee).

May in Ninh Binh might be considered the exceptional time for observing butterflies because the butterfly season is so short, typically only lasting until the end of May and the beginning of June. If you want to capture these beautiful moments with butterflies, you definitely need to be quick.

Photos taken at Dong Giao pineapple farm (also known as Tam Diep pineapple hill) have caught the attention of many people, especially young people, since the beginning of March.

Instantaneously, everyone started inviting one another to visit so they could take many “check-in” photos. Until the end of May, the planted pineapple is still green and has covered the Dong Giao field.

An expansive green field of pineapples stretches to the horizon, bringing the scene a peaceful and pleasant appeal. Simply taking a leisurely look at the pineapple field is sufficient to make one love it without having to think about the “virtual living” photos.

This pineapple farm is situated in Tam Diep, Ninh Binh. All you have to do is simply go to Dong Giao Street and continue straight to the end of the road, then the pineapple farm will appear in front of you. There is no place to rest to escape the sun in the midst of the field, so if you want to shoot stunning pictures there, go early in the morning or late in the day. You can also buy some pineapples to use as a “tool” for taking pictures at the roadside vendors on the way to the farm.
