Day 1: Hanoi - Halong - Tuan Chau Marina - Lan Ha Bay

Morning

• 09h00: Get on the transfer bus from Hanoi Old Quarter to Tuan Chau Marina via highway
• Take special tea at Orchid Cruise’s lounge with a warm welcome
• Get picked up by the tender to the Orchid Cruise
• Enjoy your welcome drink on board, check-in, then listen to the cruise brief and safety instructions by a crew member and Cruise Manager
• Have lunch on board and enjoy a beautiful view when the boat proceeds to the Da Chong islet

Afternoon

• Progress to the Dark & Bright area of Lan Ha Bay for kayaking or bamboo boat
• Get on Tra Bau where you can swim in the green emerald water
• Return to your Halong Bay Cruise, then watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin
• Join a traditional cooking class to learn how to make some Vietnamese dishes

Night Time

• In the early evening, enjoy the Happy Hour deal
• Have delicious local food in an intimate romantic setting
• Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night on the top deck, relax with your favorite drinks in the bar, or try your hand at night squid fishing, and watch a movie in the restaurant...

Day 2: Ao Ech - Lan Ha Bay - Halong - Hanoi

Morning

• Join the Tai Chi session on the sundeck, then enjoy breakfast while Orchid Cruis continue cruising on Lan Ha Bay
• Do kayaking in the Ao Ech area to discover the hidden charm of Lan Ha Bay
• Return to ORCHID CRUISE boat for check-out procedures
• Enjoy a delightful brunch while cruising back

Afternoon

• Return to the quayside in the south of the bay
• Travel back to Hanoi. End of the trip.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

• For Group under 4 cabins
• More than 15 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge.
• From 14 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• From 9 to 4 days prior to check-in: 70% of total rates
• Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation due to bad weather

• If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

• The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress.
• Children from 05 - 11: Stay with parent 75% adult rate. Not Apply for Family Terrace Suite & Family Premium Terrace Suite
• Children under 05: Stay with parent FOC
• Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin

• 09:00: Get transferred from Hanoi Old Quarter to Tuan Chau Port, Halong City via the new highway
• Arrive at the ferry around 11:30, then take special tea at Orchid Cruise’s lounge with a warm welcome
• Get on the tender to head the ORCHID CRUISE
• Check in the cruise, enjoy a welcome drink, and receive cruise briefing and safety instructions
• Have an International Buffet Lunch.

Afternoon

• Progress to the Dark & Bright area of Lan Ha Bay for kayaking or bamboo boat
• Get on Tra Bau where you can swim in the green emerald water
• Visit Trung Trang Cave with Orchid Cruise 3 days
• Return to the cruise, and watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin

• Morning taichi with Orchid Cruise
• Get on the Orchid Day Boat to visit Viet Hai village
• Cycle along the village path, go through rain forests and dark tunnels, enjoy the stunning scenery of rice fields, visit an ancient local house and see the local life in a valley of local people

Optional electric car service is available at an extra cost

• Get back to day boat for visiting Lan Ha Bay around noon
• Enjoy lunch served on the day boat
• Biking to Viet Hai Village with Orchid Cruise 3 days

Afternoon

• Visit Lan Ha Bay, to see more beautiful islands in the bay or get an interesting introduction from our professional tour guide on Orchid Day Boat
• Return to ORCHID CRUISE, then swim in the untouched area
• Take part in a traditional cooking class to learn how to make some Vietnamese dishes
• Watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and take part in Happy Hour

• Return your boat, then check out

• Learn how to enjoy Vietnamese tea and Vietnamese culture during Tea Ceremony at the restaurant

Afternoon

• Return to the quayside in the south of the bay
• Get picked up from the ferry for the transfer back to Hanoi. The trip ends.
