Payment Online Conditions
Payment must be made by major credit card (Visa Card & Master Card) When make full payment or deposit. Consumer doesn’t pay any surcharge fees such as: services charge, taxes or bank fee.
Consumer pay the nett rate. Guaranteed! When Consumer decides to confirm the booking. Our team will send the Online Credit Card Form. Consumer just fill out Credit Card information (secure system is provided by vtcpay.vn).
How to payment by credit card?
We connect with VTC Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard.
Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with international security standard. We will send you the secure link to fill in the form and complete your payment
After that, you will receive an email from our bank to note that be complete your payment!
Payment policy
- The Price is exclusive of additional fees of bank or gateway fee.
- Promotion is valid up to 15 November 2019
- Promotion is subject to availability upon booking confirmation
Cancellation policy
Cancellations become effective only once the Hanoi Explore Travel Sales Office receives notification of cancellation in writing. The cancellation policy shall be applied the following:
- Cancel 24 hours prior to arrival date, a 100% refund
- No show, 100% charge
- Booking modification at least 1 day prior to arrival date, no charge
- In case of bad weather if Hanoi Explore Travel cancel your booking, 100% refund will be made
