Day 1: Hanoi City Tour
Highlights:
- Visit 5 tourist attractions including Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One-Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake
- Activities: Walking around the Old Quarter and enjoy street food or watch a water puppet show

Itinerary
- 8:00: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the oldest Buddhist temple in Hanoi, near West Lake.
- 9:45: Move to visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, one of the famous attractions that tourists do not want to miss when visiting Hanoi. Let’s take a look at the following attractions included in this complex:

– Ho Chi Minh’s Residence
– Ho Chi Minh Museum
– Ba Dinh Square
– Ho Chi Minh Garden
- 11:15: Visit the neighboring One-Pillar Pagoda, one of the most iconic pagodas in Vietnam
- 12:00: Stop at a local eatery nearby for lunch.
- 13:30: Continue your itinerary with a visit to the first university in Vietnam – the Temple of Literature, which was built in 1070.
- 15:00: Head towards Hoan Kiem Lake, join in on the locals’ activities, and stroll around the lake to unwind. Visit Ngoc Son Temple and take photo with the iconic red bridge
- 16:40: Return to the hotel and get ready for dinner.
Select one of the following two to continue the itinerary:
- Option 1: You can enjoy famous cuisine of the Old Quarter with our local guide. After concluding the city tour and taking a short break, the guide will pick you up at your hotel around 6 p.m. to begin the 3-hour walking tour in Hanoi Old Quarter, where you may sample some of the city’s most famous foods. At the end of the tour, the guide will drop you off at the closest place so that you can conveniently walk back to your lodging.
- Option 2: Following the city tour, the guide will assist you in purchasing tickets for the water puppet show, which starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 7:00 pm. You will need to go back to your lodging on your own after the show is over.
Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on Cruise (L/D)

Itinerary
- 8h-8h30: Pick up at your hotel to depart for Halong Bay, a World Natural Heritage site recognized by UNESCO.
- 12:15 – 13:00: Arrive at Halong Bay cruise terminal. Get on board and check in.
- 13:00: Enjoy a set-menu lunch on the cruise.
- 14:00: Visit the first stop – Titop island. Here you can swim, sunbathe or explore the island.
- 15:30: Go to Sung Sot Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.
- 16:30: Back to the cruise. While awaiting dinner, take a shower and unwind on the deck.
- 17:30: Enjoy a set-menu dinner.
- 19:00: After the sun goes down, take part in squid fishing, karaoke and games.

Day 3: Halong Bay to Hanoi
- 07:00: Wake up early to enjoy breakfast on board.
- 07:40: Visit the pearl farm to learn all about pearl culture in Halong Bay.
- 08:30: Go kayaking and explore the area around your cruise by yourself.
- 10:30: Enjoy brunch. Take in the scenery of Halong Bay while the cruise returns to Tuan Chau Harbor.
- 12:00: The bus takes you back to Hanoi Old Quarter.
- 16:30: Drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi
- Over night in Hanoi
Day 4: Hanoi to Ninh Binh
- Ninh Binh is currently one of the most well-known tourist sites in the northern region of Vietnam due to its distinctive natural landscape and gorgeous mountains.
- Located about 100 kilometers from the capital Hanoi, it takes roughly two hours driving to get there. Possessing magnificent natural landscape and architectural works that bear the historical imprints of many centuries, Ninh Binh attracts hundreds of thousands of foreign tourists every year.
Itinerary
- 7.40 – 7.50: Depart Hanoi for Ninh Binh
- 10:40: Visit the first destination – Bai Dinh Pagoda, an impressive Buddhist temple complex with large Buddha statues.
- 12.50: Have a buffet lunch at the restaurant with many famous local dishes
- 14:30: Take a boat to visit Trang An scenic landscape and admire the stunning scenery likened to “Halong Bay on land”
- Explore Trang An with its majestic mountains and unique natural cave systems on small boat rowed by locals
- 15:30: Cycle through the beautiful rice fields of Ninh Binh.
- 16:30: Get on your shuttle bus and return to Hanoi.
